MN 55422 <br />Dear Steve: <br />Please find enclosed a certified copy of Delano's resolution <br />supporting the in-place corridor for the U.S. Highway 12 up-grade. <br />This resolution was unanimously approved at the City Council <br />meeting of Tuesday, November 19, 1991. <br />This decision was made on Tuesday night after several <br />informational meetings and Public Hearings to receive in-put <br />from citizens in Delano along with Joint Meetings with the City's <br />Planning Commission. <br />It is requested that our decision concerning the in-place corridor <br />be placed in the scoping document that you are currently drafting <br />and will be submitted to all the committees within the next 30- <br />60 days. <br />We would like to thank the Minnesota Department of Transportation <br />^ their assistance and aluable service during this process. <br />♦It has obviously been hectic for you, but the service you and <br />staff are providing are in the best interest for the public <br />now and in the many years to come. <br />Should you have any questions concerning the resolution, please <br />feel free to contact me. <br />S|mce^ly, <br />Mayor <br />t A.
