The LMCD <br />bbafd'of directors has subsequently considered and passed the <br />first reading of an amendment to LMCD Code Section 2.0.. <br />Subd. 1. This amendment would add a section to regulate <br />lights on sites from which artificial lights are directed at <br />the lake. <br />Tb. .-.nd-.nt .pecitically .tat.s that "NO PERSON MAY LOCATE. <br />CONSTRUCT, INSTALL OR MAINTAIN A DOCK AT ANY SITE <br />eeriM UHrm AN AFFIXED.
