Sullivan, Cnie* o-f Police <br />Liquor License Renewal - Jimmies Lounge <br />This Department has reviewed all reocrts within the last <br />y©Br â– frorn Jirrunies Lounoe. <br />There were two employees charaed with serving liquor to <br />minors in December, 1990. Bee attached memo +rom Lt. <br />Cheswick to Mark Bernhardson, and the court disposition <br />summaries on both defendants. As you will note on the <br />disposition summaries, the defendants were found guilty, <br />with the execution of the sentence "stayed". If they have no <br />further violations, after the specified period of time, they <br />would not be considered as "convicted" of a crime. <br />I do not object to the renewal of this liquor license, but 1 <br />want the Council to be aware of all relevant circumstances.
