& <br />A RBSOLOTION ORDERING <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND <br />RBQOBSTING BIDS FOR STOBBS BAT SEWER PROJECT <br />WHBRBAS, the City of Orono is a municipal organization <br />existing under the laws of Minnesota, and <br />WHBREAS, the City of Orono has prepared a fen.iibility <br />stuto determine the feasibility of serving the Stubbs Oay area <br />wich sanitary sewer, and <br />NHBRBAS, the Stubbs Bay area is considered to be: <br />Part 1 <br />Part II <br />Part III <br />Part IV <br />Part V <br />Part VI <br />Part VII <br />Stubbs Bay N W <br />Stubbs Bay N E <br />Bayside East <br />Bederwood <br />Bayside North <br />Oxford <br />Cygnet Place, and <br />NHBRBAS, the City of Orono did conduct a public hearing <br />on this matter on November 22, 1991 at 7:00 p.m. at the Orono <br />Council Chambers to receive citizen input. <br />MOW, THBRBPORB, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Orono Council <br />does hereby direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and <br />specifications and to accept bids to determine the cost for the <br />construction of sanitary sewer for the Stubbs Bay area Parts I <br />thru VII as listed above. <br />Adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting on <br />November 25, 1991. <br />ATTEST:Barbara A.
