Spates Avenue is being used as a <br />shortcut from County Road 15 to Brown Road South creating unsafe <br />conditions on the narrow residential street. The recommended <br />solution is to eliminate direct access from Spates Avenue to <br />Brown Road South. This would be accomplished by placing barriers <br />on Spates Avenue on both sides of the railroad track.
