Ron Hoorse <br />November 4, 1991 <br />Page Two <br />Orono did provide direction In 1984 via City Council Resolution Nos. 1605 and 1694 <br />In regard to Orono’s expectations for CSAH 15. The County did receive the State <br />Aid variance supported by Resolution No. 1694. I believe that variance makes it <br />possible for the County to develop a concept which would be acceptable to Orono. <br />I have also attached a brief chronology of the history of this project up to the <br />time that the variance was granted as a means of providing background to you in <br />regard to this segment of roadway. <br />I would like to meet with the Orono City Council in the near future to determine <br />whether the City Is Interested in the County developing a concept plan over the <br />winter for the purpose of determining whether there is interest in considering a <br />permanent liqirovement rather than major maintenance. Will you please schedule <br />this Item on the agendo for a City Council Meeting in the near future. I look <br />forward to hearing from you.
