Authority hereby agrees to sell the <br />Project to City, and City hereby agrees to purchase the Project <br />from Authority# upon the terms and conditions set forth in this <br />Lease. The principal amount of the sale price is $4#000#000# <br />payable with interest in Lease-Purchase Payments as set forth in <br />Section 6.1 hereof. <br />Section 4.2. Posaeaslon and En-*.oyment.. Authority <br />hereby covenants with respect to the Project to provide City <br />during the Term of the Lease with quiet use and enjoyment of the <br />Project and City shall during such Lease Term peaceably and <br />quietly have ani hold and enjoy the Project# without suit, trouble <br />or hindrance from Authority# except as expressly set forth in this <br />Lease. Authority will# at the request of City and at the City's <br />cost# join in any legal action in which City asserts its right to <br />such possession and enjoyment to the extent Authority may lawfully <br />do so. Authority shall have the right to enter in and upon the <br />Project as provided in Section 4.3. <br />Section 4.3. Authority Aceeas to P^Q^egt■ City agrees <br />that Authority and any Authority Representative shall have the <br />right at all reasonable times to enter upon and to examine and <br />inspect the Project. City further agrees that Authority and any <br />Authority Representative shall have such rights of access to the <br />Project as may be reasonably necessary to cause the proper <br />maintenance of the Project in the event of failure by City to <br />perform its obligations hereunder# or to carry out Authority’s <br />obligations and exercise Authority's rights under Article XII# or <br />to determine whether City is in compliance with this Lease. <br />4-1 <br />.S.■ .
