A number of issues (some resolved, some not) <br />1984 include: <br />a) encroachment into adjacent dock use areas; <br />b) authorized/un-authorised dredging (DNR/LMCD); <br />c) expansion of marina operation onto adjacent <br />residentially zoned properties; and <br />d) apparent increase of slips and dry stack units <br />(1991).
