He noted that they propose to add a family <br />room area, and because of existing driveway problems, <br />renovation to the garage and raising the elevation of the garage <br />tS riducJ the probleml. He stated that the house is primarily <br />built within the 0-75’ zone. <br />Bellows felt that absent a grading Plan. it is hard <br />the improvements will work. She felt a grading and water <br />management plan should be submitted prior to issuance of the <br />permit. <br />Engelsma felt there is nowhere else to locate the addition and <br />they have proposed removal of approximately 500 of driveway. <br />wmsrisi-i <br />reducing the driveway size.
