That it is the desire of the City of Long Lake to <br />covenant that it will oppose from this day forth the concurrent <br />detachment pursuant to Minn. Stat. S 414.061 of any property <br />presently located within the City or Qrono and annexation of <br />•Aid property into Long Lake, and agrees that this covenant <br />shall be soecifically enforceable against Long Lake by the City <br />oi Oronc in any proceedings before the M-r.nesota Municipal <br />Board, or any court of comcetant jurisdiction. <br />9. That both the cit'' council for the City of Orono and <br />the City of Long Lake request that the Minnesota Municipal <br />Board approve their covenants ..hat rieither will from this da' <br />forth support the concurrent detachment and annexation pursuant <br />to Minn. Stat. S 414.061 of any property located within the <br />jurisdiction of the municipality, and that said covenant shall <br />be specifically enforceable by either municipality in any <br />proceedings before the Minnesota Municipal Board and any court <br />of competent jurisdiction to be effective upon issuance of the <br />e <br />Board's order or by the court upon the Issuance of its order. <br />3.
