� O� <br /> O , O CITY of ORONO <br /> , , <br /> ��4 <br /> � �' � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �'� .,�Y titi No. � 3 2�� <br /> G <br /> ��kEsKog'� <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Cou.ncil of the <br /> City of Orono does hereby grant renewal of the approvals originally granted in 2006 per <br /> the provisions of Resolution No. 5470 for WJM Properties, LLC, and further grants the <br /> minor revision requested to allow the 25,620 s.f. addition to extend to a height of 25 feet, <br /> subject to the following conditions; <br /> 1. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not with the <br /> applicants, but are permissive only and must be exercised by obtaining a building <br /> permit by September 9, 2014 or the approvals will expire on that date. <br /> 2. All other findings, conclusions, and conditions of Resolution No. 5470 sha11 <br /> remain in effect. <br /> 3. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of the <br /> conditional use permit approval and industrial site plan approval sha11 constitute a <br /> violation of the zoning code, shall autornatically terminate any authority granted <br /> herein, and sha11 be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br /> 4.
