1.1* ^<k^6KDliENT TO BASIC COMPENSATION <br />The architects compensation shall be a fixed fee maximum based on the Council approved <br />project budget amount for building, sitework, equipment and furniture. The fixed fee <br />is based on a percentage as set forth in Section 11.2.1. The council <br />shall set the final project budget amount at the completion of schematic design. <br />Attached is the most current project budget statement dated 6/11/90, revised 6/20/91 . <br />The architect agrees to credit the City $8,000 for all work performed prior to February 1,1991 <br />This is approximately the date that the Council initiated the site purchase and design <br />process currently in process. The fixed fee for schematics shall be $37,011 less a credit of <br />$8,000, or $29,011. This establishes the final fee maximum at $238,735 for both buildings, <br />sKeworfc, furniture and equipment. The budget amount for fees was 242,000. <br />>• •••The architect agrees to work with a construction manager retained by the City.
