A clarification of charges and credits for schematic <br />design work. <br />3. An agreement by the architect to work with the <br />construction manager retained by the city and to modify <br />the terms of the owner/architect contract to comply with <br />the terms of the construction manager contract. <br />Staff is recommending approval of the contract amendment. <br />—u -L
