The <br />property consists of approximately 47,349 s.f. or 1.08 <br />acres. <br />3.The Orono Planning Commissicn reviewed this application, on <br />October 21, 1991 and recommended approval of the variance as <br />proposed based upon the following findings: <br />a) The house was built at current 1* setback prior to <br />current zoning standards. <br />b) The interior layout of existing residence would prevent <br />addition being placed to east side of residence. <br />Page 1 of 5
