LA24-000018, 4745 North Shore Drive, CUP -Resolution 7486 <br />This item was moved to the Consent Agenda <br />20. LA24-000030, 3465 6' Ave N &3515 6' Ave N, Subdivision: Preliminary Plat -Resolution 7490 <br />The City Council is requested to review the Staff report, receive a presentation, and discuss and adopt the <br />resolution approving the six -lot subdivision with a revised landscaping and tree preservation plan. <br />The Council discussed the item and asked questions of staff and the applicants, Shaun Winkler and Tom <br />Preissing of Aspect Design Build, Excelsior. <br />Tom and Nancy Sawyer, 3405 County Road 6, provided comments. <br />Veach moved, Crosby seconded, to adopt the resolution approving LA24-000030, a Preliminary <br />plat for a subdivision. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />PUBLIC SAFETY REPORT <br />Fire Chief James Van Eyll gave an update on the Orono Fire Department's first week of service including <br />facilities remodeling and equipment orders. <br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br />City Attorney Mattick did not have an update. <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR/ENGINEER REPORT <br />21. Street Improvement Project Planning and Engineering (Project #25-001) <br />The City Council is requested to review the Staff report, receive a presentation, and discuss and approve <br />the 2025 street improvement projects. <br />The Council discussed the item and asked questions of staff. <br />Veach moved, Crosby seconded, to direct the City engineer to move forward with the preliminary <br />planning for the #25-001 Street Maintenance Project. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />22. Brown Road Improvement Project Planning and Engineering (Project #25-002) <br />The City Council is requested to review the Staff report, receive a presentation, and discuss and approve <br />the Brown Road improvement project. <br />The Council discussed the item and asked questions of staff. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
