Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />(#7) #1660 CITv OF ORONO <br />700 OLD CRYSTAL BAY ROAD - <br />FINAL SUBDIVISION - RESOLUTION #3020 <br />Moorse explained that this is a final subdivision for the <br />property proposed for the new City facilities. <br />It was moved by Butler, seconded by Peterson, to adopt <br />Resolution #3020 approving final subdivision for application <br />#1668 City of Orono for property located at 700 Old Crystal Bay <br />Road. Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />(#8) #1669 JOHN WALKER <br />1310 SPRUCE PLACE - <br />VARIANCES - RESOLUTION #3021 <br />Mrs. Walker and her representative, Dick Schieffer, were <br />present. <br />Moorse explained this is an application requesting hardcover <br />varlancns to construct a second story addition and deck addition. <br />It was moved by Butler, seconded by Peterson, to adopt <br />Resolution #3021 approving hardcover variances for application <br />#1669 for John Walker of 1310 Spruce Place.
