NN 55323 <br />MacMillan Tennis Court Addition <br />Dear Mike: <br />I request the City review the enclosed plans for construction of the squash court <br />and carport additions to the MacMillan Tennis Court building at 1700 Pox Street. <br />As you are aware, the building permit has been Issued for the squash court only <br />and we are now under construction with that portion of the project. It was <br />understood that a separate permit would be issued for the garage :,r carport at <br />the tine that decision was made.
