¥ <br />•.r <br />V-X <br />iii- <br />I- <br />l; <br />City of ORONO <br />Cl r Y RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. __________ <br />ORONO <br />5, Tbs existing structural improvements on Lots 1 and 3 meet <br />the required setback from the newly proposed division lines. <br />6m Existing hardcover on Lots 1 and 2 shall be maintained at <br />either 25% or less. Lot T shall be allowed 4,732 s.f. or <br />25% hardcover within the 75-4.50' setback area. <br />NOW, THBRBPORB BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon one or <br />more of the findings noted above, the City Council of the City of <br />Orono hereby approves the preliminary plat application ° <br />J.Kelly and James Massey for the properties located at 3020/3030 <br />Casco Point Road per the survey originally dated May 21, l^^O, <br />most recently revised September 4, 1990 by Pete J. Knabb of Ron <br />Krueger & Associates Inc., subject to the following conditions: <br />1.The following improvements must be completed prior to <br />final plat approval: <br />A)Realignment of drainage ditch as shown on survey <br />noted above. . <br />40 <br />B)Removal of 398 s.f. of existing hardc.6ver on <br />proposed Lot 1 as shown on the survey noted above <br />(revise date 9/4/90). Prior to final plat approval, <br />applicant's surveyor to submit revised plan showing <br />existing hardcover removals at 398 s.f., the current <br />plan shows 330 s.f. <br />2.Upon application for a building permit for <br />construction on Lot 2,the future owner shall pay ® <br />following sewer and water fees: <br />Sewer Unit Charge <br />Water Unit Charge <br />$1,513.86 <br />1,691.78 <br />It should also be noted that this rate is based on the 1990 <br />Pee Schedule and will be adjusted based on the inflationary <br />rate for each annual fee schedule. <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />■
