Kelly and James Massey, 3020 and 3030 <br />Casco Point Road - Request for Special Consideration <br />Regarding Park Fee Payment <br />The City Attorney will be prepared to respond to any <br />questions members may have concerning the issues raised by Ms. <br />Kelly in relation to the directives of the Park Dedication Fee <br />Ordinance. Since our last Council meeting, the City <br />Administrator and Building and Zoning Administrator met with Ms. <br />Kelly to discuss realistic options concerning her original <br />request. I think it has been made apparent to Ms. Kelly that the <br />current Fee Ordinance can only apply in this subdivision <br />application. In light of the preliminary comments made by the <br />City Attorney at our last meeting, the Assessor has been advised <br />'-0 reconsider the original appraisal because of changes in the <br />real estate market since the first estimate. Review the <br />Assessor's current appraisal attached to this memo. The <br />undeveloped market value of the property is now shown at $72,000. <br />The Park Dedication Fee would be $5,760. <br />The issue remaining for the Council is the time of payment. <br />The City Attorney will provide direction reg'.xding this matter. <br />Attachment: Appraisal <br />Isv <br />Jffrt.ti’i ji‘4At'flif a.?.
