Y *'U have boen
steady and firm in your resolve that the corridor stay on
the current corridor through Orono and willing to work with
Long Lake to help resolve its placement through their
community. We all appreciate your persistence and patience
in these matters.
We urge you to continue on this course in spite of the likely
obstacles that will arise. Your resolution to offer Long Lake
some assistance is a gesture that will go a long v;ay in helping
us feel pride in the leadership of Orono, as wo already do.
Please consider reminding MN DOT in your correspondence that the
currant corridor, through Orono rr is the only acceptable .^ute.
We are sacrificing land, and thx base in addition to providing
a role in the solution. It doesn't hurt for them and our community
to be reminded of that.
Thank you for your dedication and fine work on this matter and
thb.many other issues you spend so much time on. Pew
understand the energy and work that goes into being a dedicatee
Council Member.
Sincerely,
sherokee Use
3630 Eileen St.
Maple Plain, MN 55359
