Schoon <br />rTtair Johiison called the meeting to order at 5:37 p.m. He explained that the previous <br />month’s meeting minutes would be distributed at this meeting for committee review. He <br />also ^irplalni^t the typical TH 12 Corridor Study meeting schedule and policy of the agenda <br />for the benefit of the audience. <br />Status of Lavonts <br />S.Hay explained that all layouts were mailed out except 2E (available tonight) and Alt 2 <br />for Long Lake (and Maple Plain). <br />Cntnmgnt< nn T .avniits’ <br />B.Swartwood requested to have the original South Bj^ass Corridor restudied (Mn/DOT*s <br />1960’s layout) because cities have based Comprehensive Plans on it Hay/L. Dallam said <br />that the currem South Bypass alternatives are very similar to the 1960*s layout Hay said <br />that Mn/DOT would look at it individually and discuss the possibility of restudying it with <br />the City of Long Lake. B. Peterson said that Orono removed the original South Bypass <br />Corridor from their Comprehensive Plan Update in 1980. <br />Impact Evaluation Criteria <br />Dallam distributed a revised impact evaluation criteria sheet for the project and said that <br />each criterion was developed with respect to the goals, issues, and concerns previously <br />identified by each municipality, the counties, and the State to measure the potential impacts <br />of each alternative with the most objective evaluation possible, with the available <br />information. <br />Dallam asked the Committee if the evaluation criteria were adequate. <br />The Chair asked that cemeteries be added to evaluation criteria (as a social impact).
