One of the properties under review is the old Oro <br />seSage^treatment plant on Old Crystal Bay Road adjacent to Ff®nch <br />Lake. The Park Commissi •>n feels that all or parts of the p <br />should be kept for wixdlife preservation or a very passive- <br />recreational use. <br />In order to determine a reasonable amount to <br />Park Commission feels that they need the assistance of a <br />professional planner. On August 6, 1991, <br />Dahlaren Shardlow k Oban, who has assisted the City on several <br />occasions, appeared before the Park Commission and <br />Park Commission on how he could assist them and the cost for that <br />service (see attached letter). <br />Mr. Alex Vongrles, Vice Chair of the Park Commission, v;ill <br />be in attendance on August 12th to discuss this matter. <br />JRG/tln
