We have asked to be taken out of this
project.
Our main concerns are:
1.Our home is on a 2 acre lot with adequate sewer backup sites;
2.We are not on the trunk line or any lateral line. A special
line has been drawn on the map to include our property. In
addition* our property is not lakeshore property;
3.We do not need this sewer and have had no problems. Our home
was built in 1981, so the system is approximately 10 years
old. In addition, we believe there would be minim al, if any,
increase in value to our property if the trunk line were to be
put in on Bayside, or even ii the line were to be extended to
our home on Eileen Street.
At the April 9,1990 Council meeting, the City Council voted to pass a resolution
US know if we need to nrovioe any documentation to insure tlus Know if we need to provide any documentation to insure that we stay exempt
from this project.
We respectfully request that you continue to exempt our property and others with
■imilar characteristics.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
David and Sherokee Ilse
3630 Eileen Street
Maple Plain, MN 56359
enc.
