MN 55323 <br />ARCHITECT FEE MAXIMUM <br />Dear Mr. Moorse: <br />The attached amendment to our contract establishes the fee maximum for our hourly billings. <br />These fees are baseed on the councI approved budget costs and would fix our fee for the project <br />We wH bB against the maximum each month based on the hourly charges of the staff to <br />accomplish the work. It Is our responsiblity to complete the work within the allowable fee. This <br />establishes our fee for the current project work as defined by the current councfl on the new site. <br />We began to acttvsiy work on the project on about February 1.1991. <br />The work prior to 6idt point consisted of the initial study, which was a separate contract. The <br />current contract 'uvcived a schematic design phase on the site southwest of Highway 12 and Old <br />Crystal Bay Road which was abandcned. From the former work we can credit the city $8,000 <br />towards the currant schematic work, which b reflected In the amendment This was discussed <br />wfth Mark prior to Ms leaving with the int f^nt that the final fee be defined when it was more dear as <br />to the final project cost <br />XMatcl approval and signature.
