Resolution Providing for Collection of <br />Delinquent Sewer, Water and Septic Accounts <br />and Recycling Program Fee <br />B.Assessment Roll <br />DISCUSSION - Each year the City certifies to the County all <br />unpaid annual service charges for the septic inspection program, <br />the annual recycling program fee, and all delinquent sewer and <br />water accounts of $18.00 or more, to be collected with the <br />following year's taxes. In addition to the outstanding amounts <br />delinquent the City adds 8% interest to all accounts and an <br />administrative fee to the septic accounts. At this time the <br />total to be assessed is $55,042.42 including administrative <br />charges. These amounts are expected to be decreased before the <br />final payment date of November 15, 1991.
