Mabusth, Building & Zoning Administrate^ <br />September 19, 1991 <br />#1668 City of Orono - 700 Old Crystal Bay Road North - <br />Final Subdivision - Resolution <br />Mylars of the final plat have yet to be finalized by the City <br />Surveyor, Mark Gronberg, because of delays at the County but mylars <br />should be prepared within the next week. The enclosed final plat <br />drawing reflects the final lot lines and drainage easements to be <br />shown on those mylars. In light of the pending sale of the property <br />to the City, staff has scheduled the plat for Council action at the <br />23rd of September meeting rather than wait until the October 14th to <br />officially approve the plat. <br />Drainage easements will be shown over the designated wetland at <br />1017,7 elevation and the area within 26' of wetland and shall also <br />include the 100 year flood plain elevation based on the final grading <br />plans for the comprehensive City facility at the 1018.7 elevation. <br />The wetland elevation is shown at the 26* setback from the 1017.7 <br />elevation. Any future filling or grading activities below the 1018.7 <br />elevation will require review and approval by the City and the <br />Minnehaha Creek Watershed District. <br />The enclosed resolution approving the final plat of the City of <br />Orono Addition has been drafted for your review and approve-.
