As we mentioned in our <br />meetingr we have entered into an agreement wicn Tim and Beth <br />Xi-aff to purchase their home at 3603 North Shore Drive. W# <br />jtre scheduled to close the sale on October 1, 199< and would <br />like to Start construction of our home In early N< ember. <br />Ae you know, the Traffs were intending to builr a new home <br />on this property themeelves. In anticipation of that, they <br />applied for side setback, lot area and lot width variances <br />in Marcn 1991. Gn May 13, I99i the Council granted <br />"y^ralancee to Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.33. <br />Subdivision 6 <B) to allow construction of a new residence <br />on a lot 119' in width where 200'in width is normally <br />required, being 1.01 acres in area whore a 2.0 acre lot area <br />ie normally required, and allowing a 34.S' east side lot <br />line eetback where a 30' side setback is normally required, <br />subject to" several conditions. <br />have engaged our own architect to design a heme to meet <br />our particular family needs. As the heme is slightly <br />(^iffsrent than that which was previously submitted to the <br />Council for variance approvals, we are taking the initiative <br />jKking for the Council's continued suoport. Enclosed <br />please find from our architect a site plan, flcorplan, <br />elevetlQ"t survey and hard cover calculation. <br />As in the previous request, we are net laokino for a hard <br />variance.
