He has now sold the property to <br />Eric and Kristal Wilson, who are proposing a slightly different <br />house footprint. The changes were determined by staff to be <br />significant enough to trigger Council review. <br />The subtle differences between the Traff and Wilson site <br />plans are as follows: <br />1.The Wilson plan slightly changes the angle of the <br />residence in relation to lot lines. <br />2.The bulk of the house is slightly further away from the <br />lake in the Wilson plan. <br />3.The Wilson's triple garage is locaced off the easterly <br />wing of the house rather than the westerly wing. <br />4.The entire length of the Wilson garage is proposed to <br />be 24.5* from the side lot line (totaling 200 s.f.), in <br />addition to a 120 s.f. portion of house. In the Traff <br />plan, only a portion of house encioached past the 30* <br />setback line. <br />In total, about 320 s.f. of building foo'cprint will encroach <br />past the 30* setback line with the Wilson plan. The Traff plan <br />had 150 s.f. of encroachment. <br />The proposed plan holds to the 25% hardcover limitation in <br />the 75-250* zone. <br />/
