I understand that the <br />pool will extend beyond the line of my house towards the <br />lake and that is why the letter is necessary. You stated it <br />was to be a ground level pool. <br />You have my permission to proceed as you wish. You may use <br />this letter in any way as you see fit. If this is not <br />sufficient, please let me know. I will certainly cooperate <br />in anv'Vay I can.
