In the 75-250' zone, applicant originally <br />proposed increases from 23.8% to 35.9%. The revised proposal <br />reduces that increase to 27.3%. <br />75-250' Hardcover <br />Existing <br />23.4%* <br />Original Proposal <br />35.9% <br />Revised Proposal <br />27.3% <br />•Staff had originally listed this as 23.8%; applicant <br />has re-measured sidewalks resulting in this correction. <br />In comparing the current proposal with the original request, <br />the following changes are apparent: <br />- patios around pool have decreased from 1428 s.f. to 1050 <br />s.f. <br />- lineal feet of timber walls has been reduced <br />- steps and walkways have been minimized <br />- the 930 s.f. of gravel driveway in the 75-250' zone will <br />be eliminated <br />- the rock and plastic along the side of the house will be <br />removed <br />- if required, the water tower can be removed although it <br />has some grass growing beneath it, and accounts for less <br />than 1/2 of 1% hardcover. <br />If the tower remains, the final 75-250' hardcover would be <br />27.8%.
