The existing structural improvements on Lots 1 and 3 meet <br />the required setback from the newly proposed division lines. <br />6* Existing hardcover on Lots 1 and 2 shall be maintained at <br />either 25% or less. Lot 2 shall be allowed 4,732 s.£. or <br />25% hardcover within the 75-250' setback area. <br />tiV <br />■Oir, THBSBPORB BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon one or <br />more of the findings noted above, the City Council of the City of <br />Orono hereby approves the.preliminary„plat application <br />J. Kelly and James Massey for the properties located at 3020/3030 <br />Casco Point Road per the survey originally dated May 21, 1990, <br />Host recently revised September 4, 1990 by Pete J. Knabb of Ron <br />Krueger a Associates Inc., subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The following improvements must be completed prior to <br />final plat approval: <br />A) Realignment of drainage ditch as shown on survey <br />noted above . <br />t.'- <br />H- <br />F'A'' <br />B) Removal of 398 s.f. of existing hardcover on <br />proposed Lot 1 as shown on the survey noted above <br />(revise date 9/4/90). Prior to final plat approval, <br />applicant's surveyor to submit a revised plan showing <br />existing hardcover removals at 398 s.f., the current <br />plan shows 330 s.f. <br />2.
