Ayes <br />5, nays 0. <br />(#17) CITY FACILITIES - HRA ENABLING RESOLUTION <br />Barrett explained he does not have a HP.A Enabling Resolu-icn <br />ready at this time. <br />Callahan clarified that the purpose of the resolution <br />allow the City to charge specific expenses to the HRA. He noted <br />that the closing for tf^e "'’nd is set for September 29th and felt <br />that this money should not be paid out until this resolution is <br />adopted. Me felt that a special session should be held to adopt <br />the resolution prior to that closing date or suggested that the <br />closing date be postponed until after September 23rd. He <br />directed staff net to pay any bills pr^or to adoption. <br />Mabusth asked if t.hey would be allowed to close wi^heu.. <br />final plat resolution. <br />Barrett informed her the sale can be completed conditioned <br />upon finalisation of that plat. <br />Jabbour pointed out that they need to obtain title <br />insurance. <br />1 <br />-
