The house needs to be expanded to accomodate my ite and <br />myself, one of three daughters who is in college, and mx inxalid parents who will be living with us <br />for six months, including the summer months, each yea; <br />Our plan is to add sufficient living space while at the .same time reduce the total amount <br />of hardcover on the property by over twenty two hundred and sixty square leet W e plan to add <br />another bedroom and full bath over an att;iched two car garage on the si)uth side ot the house <br />where the concrete pad is today In addition, w'e plan to e.xiend part ot t.he existing tejr toot wade <br />deck on the front of the house another eight leet toward the tront. <br />We will be removing all non-essential concrete and asphalt hardcover from the property. <br />The concrete pad on the south side which was installed for storage of construction equipment when <br />the house was built in 1*420 will be reduced by six leet. The asphalt drive on the sx)uth side wall be <br />narrowed from an average of fifteen teet wide down to ten teet. Tlte existing concrete pad along <br />the front of the house will be eliminated. The planned st.iirway tor the deck has also been <br />eliminated.
