Zoning File #1673 <br />August 14, 1991 <br />Page 2 <br />C.Section 10.03, Subdivision 9 (B) - Height restrictions. <br />Accessory structure shall not exceed the height of the <br />principal building nor shall it exceed a height of 30', In <br />reviewing the spec sheet submitted by applicant, the height <br />of the structure cannot be determined. Applicant should <br />provide this information at meeting. It would appear from <br />proposed sketches that structure will not exceed the height <br />of the principal structure and that structure is to be <br />constructed of the same material as principal structure <br />(timberline shlngles/brick exterior). <br />Applicant's Bardshlp Stateaent <br />2. <br />Please review Exhibit B. <br />1.
