The motion to deny your conditional use permit failed but the Majority of mmnbers present concurred that your specific use would not be appropriate for the residential zoned property. Members who voted against the Chairman's motion felt the proposed use would not be acceptable but that the property was not suitable fox residential development and that any BOB-conforming commercial use would have to be compatible with the adjacent residential# i.e. continuation of a limited vegetable/grocery store use. All concurred that your specific use was not an acceptable use. Your application will be presented for Council's review and action at their September 9th meeting. If you wish to include additional information for Council# please see that it is submitted no later than Tuesday# September 3rd. Per our conversation on the phone since the meeting# you have agreed to provide a written statement from the former owner# Gary Klrt# confirming the date that commercial use of this property ceased in 1990.
