Confirm parking and parking of commercial <br />vehicles associated with operation. How many, where they <br />are to be parked on property, storage of any outside <br />equipment, other changes proposed to exterior of property. <br />2. Written addendum should include the number of employees, <br />pj^ovlde data on size of company and operation, hours of <br />operation (any other Information that defines scope and/or <br />size of operation). <br />3. Signage needs. Code limits you to 12 square feet of <br />signage area, if you need greater amount, this should be <br />specified In the application. <br />4. Lighting needs <br />5. Proposed landscaping on site. <br />6. Proposed changes to exterior of building. <br />The thrust of your application should be that your proposed <br />use will be less Intense than the legal non-conforming coinmercia) <br />use of a vegetable/grocery store. A site plan and written <br />addendum should be received by this office no later than Tuesday, <br />August 6, 1991.
