r <br />FINAL PLAT SUBMITTALS <br />The following list ot final submittals must be submitted to the <br />Zoning Administrator two weeks prior to the regularly scheduled <br />Council meeting on the second and fourth Mondays of the month: <br />A, RECORD PLAT drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies and <br />one (1) copy reduced to l'*=»200*. Drawing to include: <br />a) Lot lines platted per preliminary survey by Mark S. <br />Gronbe'g of Coffin and Gronberg, Inc. dated July 26, <br />1991, i ivised August 29, 1991. <br />b) Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" 10' wide <br />along all perimeter property lines and 5* each side of <br />intern’s! property lines. <br />c) Designation and dedication of a drainage easeme. c <br />within Lot 1, Block 1 over the wetland area at or below <br />the 1017.7 elevation. The drawing should also show 20' <br />wide drainage easement to northeast (at 101'7.9 <br />elevation outlet) and east (at 1017.7 elevation <br />outlet). <br />Outlot A Willow Properties Addition and newly <br />designated Outlot A shall be shown as a future public <br />road not as an outlot. The City will name roadway <br />prior to final plat approval. <br />B. LEGAL DOCUMENTS required: <br />a) Title opinion addressed to the City. All owners, <br />me tgage holders or others with property Interest <br />indicated therein shall sign the plat and all other <br />documents affected by such interest. <br />b) The applicant must provide certified copies of all <br />recorded easements currently affecting the property. <br />c) Signed and executed Draina«^<» Easement documen’^ for the <br />wetland area (1017.7) and drainageways as shown on <br />staff sketch within Lot 1, Block 1. <br />Page 3 of 4
