Current <br />toning is RR-IB. Each lot clearly satisfies standards of 2 acre <br />rural residential zoning as property will receive sewer and <br />water. The following zoning distric^-s were approved: B-6, PRD, <br />POD, R-IA (1 acre minimum lot size), R-IB (1/2 acre minimum lot <br />site), and M-6 (6 units per acre) zoning.
