Payment of a park fes based cn 8% of the current market <br />value of the property in an undeveloped state. This <br />determination shall be made by the assessor. Payment of <br />park fee shall be due upon the filing of the final plat. <br />2.Outlot A shall be designated as unouildable and <br />available for rombination with adjacent residential <br />properties properties on north side of Couiity Road 84. <br />3. The <br />Grabek septic system has already been rebuilt once. Gaffron <br />noted that this application should be tabled until both parties <br />can come to an easement agreement. <br />Mrs. Young concurred. <br />It was moved by Chair Kelley, seconded by Cohen, to table <br />application #1670 until a later date after the applicants have <br />agreed to an easement. Ayes 6, nays 0.
