This <br />organization has been licensed at this location by the City on an <br />annual basis since 1987. <br />Chief Sullivan stated he did not have a problem with Che issuance <br />of this license. <br />According to State law; approval by the City Council is done by <br />resolution and is filed by the licensee with the State.
