Provide a Certificate of Survey per the survey by Coffin & <br />Gronberg, Inc. dated July 2 3, 199 1. Cn the drawing, label and <br />provide legal descriptions for each of Parcels A, B, and C as <br />sho%#n on the attached sketch. <br />2. Signature lines must be signed by all parties with interest in <br />the property. <br />3. Two copies of survey 1" - 200' for City records. <br />4. The property o»#ners must complete combination forms at the City <br />offices upon final approval of the subdivision. (Parcel C to be <br />coiBbined with Parcel B). <br />ALL final submittals must be submitted to this office 10 days before <br />the meeting at which Council will grant final subdivision approval. The <br />Council meets on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month.
