A RBSOLDTION APPROVING A <br />METES AND BOUNDS SUBDIVISION OP <br />A LOT LINE REARKANGEMENT FOR <br />NINA NILDKAN <br />PILE ?10. 1675 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter <br />"City Council") has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly <br />aconomic and safe development of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for <br />a subdivision of the lot line rearrangement by Nina Wildman <br />(hereinafter "the subdivider") of properties located at 560 Sussex <br />Circle and 3045 Sussex Road within the City of Orono (hereinafter "the <br />City") and legally described as follows: <br />Lots 3 and 6, Block 2, Fox Bend, Hennepin County, Minnesota <br />(hereinafter "the property"), and <br />WBFkEAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of <br />the City for metes and bounds subdivision for division and combination <br />purposes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Concil of the <br />City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds subdivision of a <br />lot line rearrangement for Nina wildman as shown on the Certificate of <br />Survey by Mark S. Gronberg dated July 23, 1991, revised August 26, <br />1991 and at< ;.ched to this resolution, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1.Upon approval of this subdivision by the City Council of <br />Orono, the subdivider shall legally combine for tax purposes <br />P&rcels B and C as described in the above noted survey. <br />2.Tte aforesaid division as shown on the attached Certificate <br />of Survey shall be filed by the City of Orono with the <br />Hennepin County Recorder's office on or before March 9, 1992 <br />together with a certified original copy of this resolution. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />K'
