I <br />MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING JANUARY 17, 1989 <br />ZONING FILE #1366-BOTTBRFIELD CJNTINUBD <br />Planning Couunissioner Brown mentioned the fact that the <br />percolation testing had not yet been done- Gaffron stated that <br />soil borings were taken and preliminary testing indicates that <br />?Se soils were typical for the area. Before Mr. Butterfield can <br />obtain a building permit, the perc tests must be performed. <br />There were no comments from the public regarding this matter <br />and the public hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Planning Commissioner Bellows, seconded by <br />Si " <br />septic tests. Gaffron added that this matter would not go before <br />the Council for final plat approval until such time as those <br />results were determined.
