A RBSOLOTIOM APPROVING THB PT> <br />BABTSBREATH HEIGHTS <br />PILE MO. 1366 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br />And existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS# the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br />subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of <br />land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS# the City Council has considered the applies. _»n for <br />a subdivision plat by Loren V. Butterfieldr the subdivider; and <br />WHEREAS# on March 27, 1989, the City Council approv^J Resolution <br />#2610 granting preliminary approval for a plat at 3925 Watertown Road; ana <br />rriRBAS# on February 26, 1990, the City Council adopted Resolution <br />#2760 granting an extension of the effective per od of preliminary <br />subdivision approval to March 27, 1991; and <br />WHHEBAS# on August 26, 1991, the Orono City Council granted a <br />further extension of the effective period of preliminary plat approval <br />to Septeoiber 1# 1991; and <br />WHEREAS# the proposed plat contains two lots and three outlots. <br />Proposed Lot 1 containing 11.44 dry buildable acre/, is intended to r^in <br />with the existing residence and greenhouse ccnditlcnal use that exists on <br />the property. Lot 2, containing approximately 2.4 acres of dry <br />intended as the proposed new buildi.ig site. Both Lots 1 and 2 are located <br />north of the Luce Line trail. Outlet A, located on the south side of the <br />Luce Line Trail is intended to remain with Lot 2 \ <br />waking up the 5 acre dry buildable requirement of the RR-IA soring <br />district. Outlot B# located on the south side of the Luce Line Trail s <br />intended to resiain in common o%mership with Lot 1; and <br />wmmmJBMABt Lot 2 is proposed to aain access to Watertown Road via <br />an easement over Outlot C.
