A RBSOLDTIOM GRANTING <br />AN EXTENSION OF THE EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF <br />PRELIMINARY APPROVAL FOR A PLAT AT <br />3925 NATBRTOHN ROAD <br />FILE NO. 1366 <br />>,5 <br />%■ <br />WHEREAS, on March 27, 1989 the City Council of the City of Orono <br />Adopted Roaolution #2610 granting preliminary approval for a plat proposed <br />by applicant Loren Butterfield at 3925 Watertovm Road; and <br />nor..lly If <br />•xplration date being March 27, 1990? and <br />WHEREAS, in attempting to fulfill the conditions of preliminary <br />plat approval, the applicant had been unable to obtain clear title and <br />filed for a torrens title registration of the property, which process was <br />expected to not be completed until the summer of 1990? and <br />proposed plat; and <br />WHEREAS, on February 26, 1990 the Orono City Council, <br />of 4 to 0, adopted Resolution #2760, granting an extension of the effective <br />period of preliminary plat approval to March 27, 1991? and <br />EBEREAS, the aforementioned torrens title registration process <br />was not completed until early summer of 1991, and on July 23, 1991, the <br />olicant requested in writing that the effective period of ^ <br />t approval be further extended to accomodate the filing of the final <br />plat application, which application was submitted on August 1, 1991. <br />■uw.___n- EE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Eutterfield^'s^priposed'^ 3«5^wVtirtotn^Road as'^a^ '"d^^to <br />conditions of Resolution #2610 adopted March 27, 1989, extended t <br />March 27, 1991, is hereby further extended to September 1, 1991. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />r
