Private Driveway Easement and Maintenance Agreement. <br /> <br />C. The Developer must provide certified copies of all recorded easements <br />currently affecting the property. <br /> <br />3. Plat approval fees to be paid: Total due: $22,910.81 <br />A. Final plat fee: $550.00 <br />B. Park Dedication Fee: $3,710.81 <br />C. Stormwater and Drainage Trunk Fee: $16,150.00 <br />D.
