The 60- <br />Day timeline for review expires on July 22, 2024 <br />3.Background: <br />The applicant is proposing to modify the roofline of the entryway of an existing home within the <br />75-foot lake setback. The home is nonconforming with a majority of the home within the 75-foot <br />lake setback. The modification to the roofline on the entryway does not expand the footprint or <br />increase hardcover. <br />4.Planning Commission Vote and Comment: <br />The Planning Commission held a Public Hearing on June 17, 2024 and reviewed the application. <br />The Planning Commission stated the request was minimal and did not increase hardcover or <br />impact neighbors. The Planning Commission moved to approve the variance application as applied <br />with a vote of 7 to 0.
