The 60- <br />Day timeline for review expires on July 22, 2024 <br />3.Background: <br />The applicant is requesting an average lakeshore setback variance in order to reconstruct and <br />expand a lakeside deck beyond the average lakeshore setback line. The proposal meets all other <br />zoning requirements including the 75-foot setback and hardcover. <br />4.Planning Commission Vote and Comment: <br />The Planning Commission reviewed the application at the June 17, 2024 Planning Commission <br />meeting where a Public Hearing was held. The Commission stated that request did not negatively <br />impact neighbors and that it was a minimal expansion. The Planning Commission moved to <br />approve the variance request as applied with a vote of 7 to 0.
