Planning <br />Commissioners did not support a driveway cut-out at the road. <br /> <br />Ressler moved, Kraemer seconded, to approve LA24-000033, 1448 Baldur Park Road – Variances <br />and CUP as applied but limiting the structure to 20 percent. VOTE: Ayes: 7, Nays 0. <br /> <br />6. OTHER ITEMS <br /> <br />Oakden updated the Commissioners noting the City Council reviewed and the items the Planning <br />Commission had forwarded and had a work session discussion on average lakeshore setback and <br />driveway width similar to the DNR Shoreline Management Ordinance. <br /> <br />7. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Schultze moved, Kirchner seconded, to adjourn the Planning Commission Meeting at 8:44 p.m. to <br />July 15, 2024.
