TO 9:05 P.M. <br />Mr. Thomas Judd was present. <br />The Affidavit of Publication and Certificate of Mailing were <br />duly noted. <br />Mabusth provided a brief summary of her November 14, 1990 <br />memo. <br />Kelley asked how this u.se varied from that of the Power <br />Squadron. <br />Mabusth replied, "The question is more <br />the use proposed for Deering Island. That was denied because it <br />was proposed by a 'for profit' organization. It is supposed to <br />be non-profit.'* <br />Mr. Judd referred to a letter he had written in January. <br />1985 settinq out the use and ownership information.
